Form and Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING! THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. A signed waiver must be on file for each participant before being allowed in the pool. 

Lesson Policy

Make-Up Policy:
The Penguin Swim School allows you one make-up per session. Please provide 24 hours notice of any anticipated missed classes so we can schedule accordingly.
*For semi-private lesson, both students must miss the same lesson in order to be granted a make-up lesson. 
Refunds:
The Penguin Swim School has a no refund policy. If a cancellation is needed, you will be given a credit toward future lessons. No cash refunds will be made.

Your privacy and the security of your personal information is important to The Penguin Swim School. To protect this information, our privacy policy is followed by all company representatives. 

Collection and Use of Information

When registering for swim lessons, The Penguin Swim School collects and maintains the personally identifiable information you provide.

The personally identifiable information collected serves three purposes: To send requested information via e-mail, respond to your personal inquiries, and register you for desired classes or programs.

Sharing of Information and Disclosure

The Penguin Swim School will not share, rent, or sell any personally identifiable information you provide while at The Penguin Swim School Web site.

The exception to this policy are cases in which we are required by law to provide personally identifiable information (i.e. subpoenas, court orders, or other legal proceedings).

Security

Only authorized The Penguin Swim School personnel can access to your information and is username/password protected

The Penguin Swim School reserves the right to change and update this privacy policy at any time.
